Introduction

SmartMoney supplies the smartest ways to manage money.

It allows user to record their income and expense to spend money more effectively and smartly with the financial plan, well-known 6 jars method. All financial statistics are virtualized by the charts and centralized in one place. It also centralizes all debt, loan or saving that helps the user to track easily.

MAIN FEATURES:

Income and expense management: user can add their income or expense daily. The user can add, remove, clone, set interval (repeated) for a record.

Wallet management: the user can manage all their money sources by using separate wallets.

Transfer money between wallets: the user can transfer money from wallets together.

Category management: all income or expense records are categorized. It's the key in the app to classify records in the financial plan, 6 jars method, debt, loan or saving.

People management: it's a place that allows the user to manage all contacts of people who are in debt, loan.

Debt, loan, and saving managements (Pro package): all income or expense records that belonged to debt, loan or saving will be centralized. It allows the user to track them easily. Debt or loan records are grouped by a person.

Financial plan (Vip package): it will warn the user if it has a new expense record that makes over budget for a specific category in a duration.

6 jars method (Vip package): it's a well-known method to manage money smartly. The income and expense amounts are automatically added into configurable jars. It will warn the user if a jar is over budget. The user can check the total of available budget on each jar to spend money more sufficiently. Of course, the user can config jars as their flavor.

Financial statistics: all statistics are visualized by the charts. The user can track money by categories or the time or 6 jars method.

PREMIUM

We provide premium subscriptions for Pro and Vip packages.

For Pro package, the service fee is $0.99/month, $2.49/03 months, $4.49/06 months or $5.99/year. For Vip package, the service fee is $1.99/month, $3.99/03 months, $6.99/06 months or $8.49/year. All subscriptions are through iTunes auto-renew subscription. The subscription is charged to your credit card through your iTunes account.

You’re not able to cancel subscription during the active period. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24h before the end of the current period.

To manage your subscription, please go to Apple ID Account Settings.

You can also purchase a lifetime of premium features with one-time products. For Pro features, its fee is $16.99. For Vip features, its fee is $17.99.

You will need to cancel the existing subscription manually before purchasing the unlimited (lifetime) package if you're subscribing. It's not required if you upgrade or downgrade to other subscription packages.

You can restore your purchase anytime in the app.

Income/Expense

View a list

You can view a list of incomes/expenses in Income/Expense screen. In this screen, you can do the following:

  1. Change the time period to filter the incomes/expenses by today, yesterday, this month, last month,...etc
  2. Change the display options to group the incomes/expenses by day, category or person (debt/loan)

Add

You can add an income or expense by the following:

  1. In Income/Expense screen, tap on Add (plus) icon. It will navigate to Add Income/Expense screen.
  2. Fill the following information: record type (income or expense), amount, wallet, category, object (for loan or debt), description, repeat options.
  3. Tap on Save icon to save the record. A new record will be added in Income/Expense screen.

View or Edit

You can edit an income or expense by the following:

  1. In Income/Expense screen, tap on a record. It will navigate to Edit Income/Expense screen.
  2. Change the following information: type (income or expense), amount, wallet, category, object (for loan or debt), description, repeat options.
  3. Tap on Save icon to save the record. The record will be updated in Income/Expense screen.

If you don't change anything means you're viewing it.

Delete

You can delete an income or expense by the following:

  1. In Income/Expense screen, tap on a record. It will navigate to Edit Income/Expense screen.
  2. Tap on Delete button to delete the record. It will display a delete confirm dialog, choose Yes.
  3. The record will be deleted in Income/Expense screen.

You can also swipe to the left on a record, it will have a Delete icon.

Copy

You can copy an income or expense by the following:

  1. In Income/Expense screen, swipe to the right on a record. It will have a Copy icon.
  2. Tap on the icon, it will navigate to Add Income/Expense screen with full information of the record.
  3. Change the following information: type (income or expense), amount, wallet, category, object (for loan or debt), description, repeat options.
  4. Tap on Save icon to save the record. A new record will be added in Income/Expense screen.
